NEW SANDWICH FAIR BOARD MEMBER,
BRENT HAAG
Some of Brent Haag’s first memories are helping his dad guide
traffic to parking spots at the Sandwich Fair. He says in the mid1980s, “I was always a little too small but I was still willing to help
and try without getting run over.”
The late Bill Haag was a parking superintendent for 30 years.
Scott Haag began serving on the 13-member Sandwich Fair
Board last year. And now he’s doing what he helped his dad do.
“Everybody’s known me because of my dad out there. So it’s not
like I was new. But I was pretty new to the meetings.”
Haag says learning what everyone does on the board is one of
the most interesting things about serving on it. “They’ve got
some pretty heavy responsibilities to make the fair all work.”
Haag’s big responsibility in the parking lot is described more in
a separate article. He welcomes everyone to the fair for a great
time and asks that people follow directions to get parking spots.

Strike a pose with letters/ numbers that can be
found around the marquees of the Fair. We have
letters and numbers to build names/ ages/ the
year and volunteers to help capture your Fair
memories year after year.
COLORING CENTER
Unwind with coloring for all ages. Fair-related paper activities and coloring utensils are provided.
