Ingredients
½ cup butter(salted)
2 cups granulated sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2/3 cup of sour cream
½ tsp baking soda
3 tsps. of baking powder
4 cups AP Flour
SHELF-STABLE FOODS
Canned Meats (Tuna, Chicken) • Vegetables
• Fruit • 100% Fruit Juice • Peanut Butter
• Canned or Dried Beans • Nuts • Hearty
Soups and Stews • Rice • Oatmeal • Pasta •
Cooking Oil
Instructions
• Mix butter and sugar, add eggs one at a time then sour cream
• Add mixed dry ingredients
• Drop 1 tablespoon size on parchment paper in inches apart
• Bake at 350 for 9-11 minutes.
• Use frosting of choice
