Peppermint Patties

Ingredients
¾ cup of sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp peppermint extract
1/8 tsp vanilla
Approximately 4 cups of powdered sugar
1 bag of dark chocolate chips
2 tsps of coconut oil or shortening

Instructions
• Melt chocolate and coconut oil in double boiler
• Mix the rest of ingredients gradually adding powdered sugar to
a rolling consistency.
• Roll out to desired thickness
• Use small round cutters to cut out-medicine cup works
perfectly
• Put in freezer for at least 30 minutes
• Dip into chocolate then on to wax paper-store in refrigerator or
freezer
