Grandma Joyce's Fudge

Ingredients
One 5 to 10 oz. jar marshmallow cream
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1/4 cup butter
1 and 1/2 cup white sugar
1/4 tsp. salt.
12 oz. choc. chips
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup nuts (optional)
Dear Santa,
Instructions
• Bring all ingredients to full boil, stirring constantly.
• Boil 5 minutes over moderate heat, stirring constantly.
• Remove from heat. Add chocolate chips and stir until melted
and vanilla and nuts (optional).
• Pour into a greased pan 8x8x2. Chill well.
Yields 2 and 1/4 lbs.
