Hot Cocoa Cookies

Ingredients
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup butter, softened
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup sugar
2 teaspoon baking powder
2/3 cup brown sugar
1 cup chocolate chips
2 large eggs
1 cup Mallow Bits (I have
1 teaspoon vanilla
found these at Michael’s in
3 ¼ cups all-purpose 昀氀our
their baking section)
4 packages hot cocoa mix
Or ¾ cup hot cocoa mix (not
sugar free)
Instructions - Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
* Beat butter and sugars into large mixing bowl.
* Then, add eggs and vanilla until all is mixed well.
* Combine dry ingredients into a separate bowl.
* Gradually beat in dry ingredients into the wet mixture.
* Stir in chocolate chips and Mallow Bits.
* Cover and let chill for at least 30min but no more than 24 hours.
* Make cookie balls, and separate them on a cookie sheet about
2in apart and
* Bake cookies for 9 to 11 minutes.
