PECAN BALLS

Ingredients
1 C sweetened condensed milk
2 昀椀nely chopped pecans
1 tsp vanilla
1 C powdered sugar
pinch of salt
extra pecans for rolling (optional)
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk,
chopped pecans, vanilla, powdered sugar and salt.
Mix well until combined. Refrigerate for 30 minutes
or until 昀椀rm to handle. Once chilled, scoop out small
portions and roll into balls about 1-inch. If desired, you
can roll them in extra pecans. Place the pecan balls on
a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Chill again
for at least 30 minutes. Tip: you can also drizzle some
melted chocolate over them
