President’s Welcome
Since 1888, the Sandwich Fairgrounds has
served as an ideal venue for showcasing
agricultural, commercial, and competitive
exhibits. The over 200 acres of meticulously
manicured park-like settings and charming
buildings continue to provide a welcoming
atmosphere for neighbors, friends, and
strangers to come together.
Every September, starting on the Wednesday
following Labor Day, the fairgrounds transforms
into a vibrant hub of activity for five days. There
are carnival rides, mouthwatering fair foods,
animals, and exhibitors proudly display their
hard work and creativity. Additionally,
free entertainment and attractions,
along with nationally acclaimed acts,
offer exciting experiences for people of
all ages.
On behalf of the board of directors, we
extend our gratitude to all the fairgoers,
exhibitors, vendors, volunteers, workers,
and everyone who contributes to making
the Sandwich Fair an extraordinary event.
