Arcomusical returns to the library with a joyful
collection of holiday arrangements for berimbau
chamber ensemble! Their vibrant, rhythmic, and
soulful music offers a one-of-a-kind, family-friendly
experience. After the performance, guests of all ages
are invited to try the instruments for themselves.
Enjoy a “Sweater Weather” mocktail provided by The
Grove Tavern in DeKalb (while supplies last). This free
concert is open to all, no registration required.
Christmas Breads with Chef Cherise

Do you hear sleigh bells? Santa is stopping by
the library three times this December! Bring
your holiday cheer and meet the jolly man
himself before the big day. Parents can snap
their own photos or let library staff capture the
moment. Each child will receive a treat and a
special holiday coloring page to take home.
This free program is for families with children, no
registration required.
Join Chef Cherise Slattery to learn how to make two
festive Christmas yeast breads using one versatile
dough! Create a sweet Christmas Star Bread with
pistachios and strawberry jam, and savory PullApart Christmas Tree Buns with roasted red pepper
and parmesan. Enjoy samples and take home the
recipes to bake for your own celebrations. This adult
program is first come, first served, and limited to 40
participants. No registration required.
