Gather with family and friends to enjoy the annual holiday parade
filled with festive floats, twinkling lights, and plenty of seasonal
cheer. Wave to community groups, local organizations, and of
course, Santa himself as they make their way through town. It’s a
joyful celebration that brings the spirit of the season to life!

Christkindlmarket, Downtown
Celebrate the season at the charming Christkindlmarket in
downtown Wilmington! Browse more than 30 local vendors, enjoy
delicious bites from food trucks, and take in festive music, family
fun, and holiday cheer around every corner. Warm up with hot
cocoa, find one-of-a-kind gifts, and soak in the holiday magic
before the parade begins. Bring the whole family and make an
evening of it!
Enjoy the magic of the season at the Lions Club Christmas
Light Walk and Drive-Thru. Stroll or drive through an incredible
hand-made display that has become a favorite family tradition.
Donations are welcome at the end of the walk to support this
beloved community event.

Christmas Decoration Exchange and Giveaway,
Wilmington Library
Get into the holiday spirit at the Library’s Christmas Decoration
Exchange and Giveaway! Drop off gently used decorations and
receive early access to “shop” for new-to-you holiday treasures.
Enjoy festive music, refreshments, and the joy of giving old décor
new life. After the exchange, the event opens to all for free holiday
finds, with remaining items donated to a local nonprofit.

the kids have their own night of holiday fun! They’ll enjoy festive
